How to claim -

3) We will verify and credit the Passes (including bonus Passes) within 24 hours.
Only purchases via QR will receive the bonus Passes.

Which payments get the extra Passes?
Only exact payments via this QR (no gateway/online payments) qualify for the extra Passes. The bonus is exclusive to QR payments attached in this page.
Can I do installment or pay with credit cards?
You can do installment and credit card online securely at https://fitsy.my/store. Do note that extra Passes only applicable for payment using QR attached in this page.
How long is this valid?
Passes (including bonus) are valid for 3 months (90 days) for 6 Passes Package and 9 months (270 days) for 20 Passes Package from the date of purchase.
Can I buy more than once?
No. Offer is limited to one purchase per FITsy member for this campaign.
If I overpay, will I get more Passes?
No. Payments must match RM149 or RM389 exactly. Overpayments are not converted to additional Passes and are non-refundable.
I am new, can I sign up?
Yes. You can register a free account at https://m.fitsy.my/signup_only and you must send us the transfer slip with your registered contact number via WhatsApp.
Can I buy for a friend?
Yes. Your friend must register a free account at https://m.fitsy.my/signup_only and you must send us the transfer slip and your friend's registered contact number via WhatsApp.
When will the Passes be credited?
Passes will be credited within 24 hours after payment verification. We will notify you via WhatsApp once credited.
Can I combine with other packages?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other package or discount.
