Classes Type

  • Aerial Yoga – Fyoga

Aerial Yoga is 10 times more effective, fulfilling and calming. Our hammocks are made out of special, high-density silk like material that can support over 100 kilos. You are not going to fall! Suitable for all. Aerial Yoga Flow on the other hand is an in house course that offer combination of Yoga Flow and Aerial Movement. It will be a fun and highly “instagramable”.


  • Zumba & KPOP Workout

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. KPOP involves fitness movement choreographed with KPOP music, take it as KPOP’s themed Zumba classes. It is designed for workout that burn lots of calories with minimize steps to remember.


  • Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Mat Pilates class will be focusing on using your body weight while Ball & Tools Pilates has more tools to assist you in the class. Both are equally fun and effective.
