Classes Type

  • Kickboxing and FIT Combat

Kickboxing combines martial arts techniques and heart-pumping cardio, it is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat. FIT Combat on the other hand is something more light weight and focus more on cardio. Both classes are suitable for all level


  • Aerial Yoga – Flyoga and KFly

Flyoga is 10 times more effective, fulfilling and calming. Our hammocks are made out of special, high-density silk like material that can support over 100 kilos. You are not going to fall! Suitable for all. In FITsy, we 2 Aerial Yoga program and they are Flyoga and KFly. While both are international brand; Flyoga will be more fun and cardio and KFly will be more focusing on therapy and incorporate more yoga element.


  • Zumba & KPOP Workout

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.KPOP involves fitness movement choreographed with KPOP music. It is designed for workout that burn lots of calories with minimize steps to remember.


  • Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
