Classes Type

  • Martial Arts – Self Defense and Workout

Martial Arts combines few martial arts techniques and heart-pumping cardio, it is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat. It also help you with few practical technique that you can learn to use as self defense. Both classes are suitable for all level

  • FIT Combat

FIT Combat is a form of cardio workout the derive from Kickboxing movement. It suitable for you if you like to burn more cardio and don’t like intense style of kickboxing. You might not able to pull a fight but certain you are able to kill the calories! 


  • Aerial Yoga – Flyoga, KFly and Flow

Flyoga is 10 times more effective, fulfilling and calming. Our hammocks are made out of special, high-density silk like material that can support over 100 kilos. You are not going to fall! Suitable for all. In FITsy, we 2 Aerial Yoga program and they are Flyoga and KFly. While both are international brand; Flyoga will be more fun and cardio and KFly will be more focusing on therapy and incorporate more yoga element. Aerial Yoga Flow on the other hand is an in house course that offer combination of Yoga Flow and Aerial Movement. It will be a fun and highly “instagramable”.


  • Zumba & KPOP Workout

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. KPOP involves fitness movement choreographed with KPOP music, take it as KPOP’s themed Zumba classes. It is designed for workout that burn lots of calories with minimize steps to remember.


  • Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Mat Pilates class will be focusing on using your body weight while Ball & Tools Pilates has more tools to assist you in the class. Both are equally fun and effective.
