Classes Type

  • Aerial Yoga – Fly Yoga

Aerial Yoga is 10 times more effective, fulfilling and calming. Our hammocks are made out of special, high-density silk like material that can support over 100 kilos. You are not going to fall! Suitable for all. Aerial Yoga Flow on the other hand is an in house course that offer combination of Yoga Flow and Aerial Movement. It will be a fun and highly “instagramable”.


  • Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is also called lyra is focusing on alot of artistic activities around the hoop. It’s a fun workout out of norm. Highly “instagramable” at the same time improve your coordination and cardio workout.


  • Zumba & KPOP Workout

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. KPOP involves fitness movement choreographed with KPOP music, take it as KPOP’s themed Zumba classes. It is designed for workout that burn lots of calories with minimize steps to remember.


  • Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Mat Pilates class will be focusing on using your body weight while Ball & Tools Pilates has more tools to assist you in the class. Both are equally fun and effective. If the pain don’t go away, tell us!


  • Pound Workout

Full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!


  • Strong By Zumba

The newest of all Zumba classes revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat. Think of it as boot camp choreography


  • Konga

KONGA is an easy to follow, high intensity work out designed for the most uncoordinated people. It is a mixture of cardio, dance, squats, toning, boxing and Hip Hop
