What to wear and bring?

  • If you do not have Yoga apparel, you can come in comfortable sports apparel with long leggings recommended. Shoe and Socks is not required.
  • It will be great if you can bring your own yoga mat for class. If you don't have, you just need to be careful when you practicing.
  • Some drinking water and towel if you are sweaty person.
  • Jewelry and pointed fashion accessories are strictly not allowed to be in class as it can be dangerous to yourself or fellow classmate.

Can I do it?

Absolutely! FITsy classes are suitable for everyone from beginner level with no Aerial Classes experience to expert level. All FITsy Aerial classes are designed for all levels and come with a standard flow that includes a warm-up, poses, and a signature pose. So, it will be suitable for all levels, including beginners.
