  • Pregnant women are not suitable for Aerial Hoop.

What to wear and bring?

  • If you do not have Pole apparel, you can come in comfortable sports apparel with shorts recommended. The rule of thumb is that the more your skin is in contact with the pole, the better grip you'll have. Shoe and Socks is not required.
  • Yoga mat is not necessary but highly recommended as you might need it during warm ups. If you don't have, you just need to be careful when you practicing.
  • Some drinking water and towel if you are sweaty person.
  • Jewelry and pointed fashion accessories are strictly not allowed to be in class as it can be dangerous to yourself or fellow classmate.

Can I do it?


Absolutely! FITsy classes are suitable for everyone from beginner level with no Pole Dance Classes experience to expert level.
